You can take your time and move through the lectures and meditations at your own pace. I give simple but in-depth explanations of how meditation changes your mind, through lectures and video's and include audio guided meditations for you to download and keep


You are supported as you learn these life changing techniques and have the opportunity to seek clarification and ask questions through the comments section and connect in person weekly with myself and with a community of like-minded people through my regular online meditation sessions and dedicated facebook page
